Batman: The Animated Series is a worthy entry on the list of on screen Batman portrayals for countless reasons. One of them is the memorable opening credits which set the tone for the action-packed story set in the dark streets of Gotham City.
And as it turns out, they look just as attractive in live action. YouTuber Jeffjambanjo uploaded a version of the Batman: The Animated Series opening that replaces pieces of the cartoon with actual Batman, cops, and thugs. Watch:
Directed and edited by Tomi Pietilä, this interpretation works. While Batman: The Animated Series can never be replaced, it would be cool to see a live action take on select episodes from the series.
