Not counting the X-Men: No More Humans graphic novel from last week, this current All-New X-Men storyline offers readers their first glimpse of the future Brotherhood of Mutants from Battle of the Atom since that crossover ended. It's an uneasy prospect given how poorly that crossover wrapped up in the end. But so far, Brian Bendis seems to be putting the team to better use now. This issue provides some crucial back-story for two of the time-displaced characters while simultaneously chronicling the latest clash between the two teams.
