All Out War continues to live up to the promise of its name, as our friendly neighborhood survivors continue to prepare for the ultimate showdown against the not-so-friendly Saviors. The eighth chapter of this story sees our heroes continuing to regroup, but it also shows us that Kirkman has no interest in letting these characters off easily. The result of this is an issue that focuses as much time on character development as it does on upping the ante on what may just be the biggest challenge our heroes have faced yet.
