Disney Infinity will add Marvel's Avengers to the toy-based game, judging from a teaser trailer released today.
Posted on Marvel Entertainment's YouTube page, the video showcases Captain America's shield spinning throughout the Disney-themed universe, with "Get Ready to Assemble" serving as the trailer's title. The video finishes with "Bring on the superheroes," before flashing the Disney Infinity logo — with a mysterious "2.0 Edition" also appearing.
IGN has reached out to Disney for comment on the teaser trailer and what the 2.0 edition means.
Earlier this year, reports surfaced that Disney was working on Star Wars and Marvel versions of Disney Infinity. And as of January, the company had sold 3 million starter packs for Disney Infinity.
