The events of the most recent episode of Arrow were shocking, and they change everything for Oliver. Slade has proven that Oliver can't protect his family, and Oliver fears for the lives of Thea and Sara. In "City of Blood," he considers surrendering to his enemy to prevent further death. However, the preview photos from the episode make surrender look a lot like fighting Slade's Deathstroke-masekd army of mirakuru-infused thugs as they begin their assault on Starling City.
Another interesting twist to look forward to is that Laurel has taken up her crusade against Sebastian Blood once more. The decision may put her in peril, but perhaps she'll be able to reveal his true personality to the public this time.
