Spoiler warning: Mild spoilers from certain sequences in Game of Thrones are discussed.
This past weekend at C2E2, Game of Thrones actors Kristian Nairn (Hodor) and Natalia Tena (Osha) took the stage in front of a packed house to talk about shooting the iconic series. Nairn entered and simply said "Hodor," which made the crowd of several thousand erupt into applause. But that was the very last "Hodor" we heard. Instead, the crowd was treated to a good deal of behind-the-scenes info about the show as Nairn and Tena recounted everything from the infamous full frontal Weirwood sequence to skinning rabbits in sweltering heat.
The pair spends a lot of time filming in the elements, and recounted multiple stories about shooting in rain, cold, wind and extreme heat. "You're always either too hot or too cold," said Nairn. "If you look carefully, there's a scene underneath the wall we did. It's an icy tunnel and you can just see… the sweat running off us."
