Platinum's The Legend of Korra isn't the same sort of licensed trash we've grown accustomed to -- and that's entirely because the license is perfect for the developer. Korra is a strong series, and its smart and powerful lead character lends herself well to the sort of hard-hitting melee combat that the Vanquish/Bayonetta/Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance developer is known for.
IGN played through a handful of levels of The Legend of Korra, both as a low-level Korra with limited bending abilities, and as the unstoppable Avatar fans know her for. But what does the game have to offer those who don't know Platinum, or those who don't know Korra?
