At this point, I'm really thankful for Avengers World, because Avengers and New Avengers are both growing increasingly frustrating to read. Both books have really started to drag their heels since Infinity wrapped up. This current Avengers arc started out promisingly enough in issue #25, but the sense of excitement faded quickly amid the plodding face and over-emphasis on the alternate universe Avengers. Issue #27 makes no real improvements on either front.
