Orphan Black debuted relatively quietly a year ago, but Season 2 is beginning with a lot more, very well-deserved, attention. The BBC America series quickly amassed a passionate following, thanks to its offbeat, intriguing plotlines -- as a woman named Sarah discovered she was one of many clones -- and for the performance at the center of the series, from Canadian actress Tatiana Maslany.
Going into Season 2, Maslany says Orphan Black, “is getting taken to another level. We talked about the deepening of all the storylines and of the characters and fleshing out of their world and I think that's definitely what we start to do this season. We’re sort of challenging what we know about them.”
