Stakes are high for the season finale of Community, airing Thursday night. Greendale's future is uncertain as Subway moves in to take over the campus for nefarious, sandwich-making purposes. While the corporation tries to take over with Subway University, our favorite study group learns the history of Greendale's first Dean. His lab was sealed off years ago, but it can't stay hidden from the intrepid gang and it's bound to hold some secrets.
Greendale's situation sort of mirrors that of the show. While no hoagie overlords are moving in, we don't yet know if Community will be back for a sixth season. The forecast looks favorable, but we likely won't learn about a renewal until the middle of next month.
