Let's get a couple of things out of the way. First off, it may be obvious to say, but just in case: If you already have the Power Rangers Legacy: The First 20 Seasons limited edition DVD collection, clearly you don't need the Power Rangers: Seasons 13-17 set, as all of that content -- both the episodes and bonus features -- is on that release. Second, as with my reviews of the previous Shout! Factory Power Rangers sets, I'm throwing in the usual note that I am not reviewing the content of the show itself here. You know if you're a fan of Power Rangers or of these particular seasons and if you're not, well, clearly this isn't for you.
