Warning: Full spoilers for the episode follow...
"One in 8,000" wasn't as strong as the the past two episodes - "Prom" and "Flu Season 2" - but it still somehow managed to throw a twist on top of last week's pregnancy twist. Yes, Leslie's having quadruplets (sorry that was a flick of cream cheese) triplets. An interesting choice for the show given that it has, probably, one final season ahead of it.
And I was already curious about how they were going to handle one baby on the show. Three is a whole different ballgame. And it's not as though they can just have them get born and raised off-screen like Ron's son. The three infants will have to be an integral part of the series. Of course, they could just have Leslie spend all of Season 7 pregnant and avoid the kids all together.
