According to Entertainment Weekly, the actress is a diehard fan of the ‘80s cartoon, saying that when it comes to the Turtles, “I was really in love with them.”

The actress (who will appear as April O’Neil in the upcoming Michael Bay-produced film) explains that her sister, who’s 12 year older, introduced her to the series. Fox goes on to say the characters were a “huge part” of her childhood, and have “always been.”
