When it comes to Xbox One, the news for Microsoft has been mixed. On one hand, the console has shipped five million units, putting it well ahead of average shipped numbers at the six month point of a console's lifecycle (it's behind only PlayStation 4 and Wii, historically). More good news came for Microsoft when it was revealed that Titanfall was March, 2014's best-selling game.
But that good news is mixed with bad news. While Microsoft has shipped five million Xbox One units, Sony has sold to consumers over seven million PS4s. Titanfall may have outsold Infamous: Second Son in March, but PlayStation 4 outsold Xbox One at the same time.
