Sony Pictures has set Breck Eisner (The Crazies) to direct The Karate Kid 2, a followup to the 2010 Karate Kid remake starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith.
Harald Zwart directed the first movie, which earned $343 million worldwide. Chan and Smith are still poised to return for the sequel, according to Deadline.
