The last thing we heard on Marvel’s possible Agent Carter TV series was that ABC had a script in hand, from Captain America: The Winter Soldier scribes Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. And now, it seems the show may get a straight to series order.
According to Deadline, there are talks for a series pickup of the Hayley Atwell-led series, which “may come along with a renewal for Marvel’s freshman Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
Earlier reports indicated that the series would take place in 1946, mid-way through the Peggy Carter One-Shot, and before the complete formation of S.H.I.E.L.D. If all goes to plan for Marvel, Dominic Cooper would play Howard Stark, in a recurring role.
