After years in development hell, the Tom Hardy starring Mad Max: Fury Road finally seemed to be cruising along at a decent clip in early 2013. Then, about a month ago, reports of reshoots hit the web. Usually that’s not great news, even though it can sometimes salvage a movie in trouble, like World War Z. (Well, more or less.)
Fortunately, this time it seems the added photography is a good thing, at least according to Badass Digest. The site has it on what it says is good authority (i.e., an insider who has seen the movie) that Mad Max: Fury Road, the fourth installment in the classic franchise, is already “awesome” and the reshoots are focused on enhancing two major action set pieces.
