The cast and creators of Trick ‘r Treat have reason to celebrate. Originally somewhat of an abandoned film -- sitting on the shelf for a couple of years, then put on home video without a theatrical release -- Trick ‘r Treat has defied the odds and become a long term success. Over the years, the fanbase has grown as more people continue to discover the incredibly entertaining film, including via an all-day marathon of Trick 'r Treat FearNET holds on Halloween.
This past Tuesday was a particularly big one for Trick ‘r Treat, as many of the films participants, including writer/director Michael Dougherty, gathered for a screening and Q&A in Hollywood – and the big surprise announcement that Trick ‘r Treat 2 was coming!
