iPhone 5S Touch ID Won’t Work With Severed Fingers

If you’re looking to steal an iPhone 5S this fall, don’t bother cutting off the owner’s finger. As reported by Mashable, the Touch ID fingerprint sensor in Apple’s new phone won’t work unless a live finger is used to access it.
