Apple changed course from past iPhone launches twice last week. First, they announced the lower-cost, plastic iPhone 5C to replace the iPhone 5. And secondly, they didn't offer pre-orders for the flagship iPhone 5S. According to Reuters' anonymous source, pre-orders for the iPhone 5C aren't painting a promising forecast.
