Batman and Robin #23.3: Ra's al Ghul Review

Ra's al Ghul doesn't have much use for Forever Evil. As usual, the dude has a plan and he's not concerned with the motives or actions of others. This issue serves as a nice little background on the character and brings us up to the current status quo, which is nice. It's not exactly required reading, and some of the info is presented in an awkward manner, but it's still a good time and a fine looking comic. There are certainly worse Villains Month titles.
