Starting today, a number of social and entertainment features both known and unannounced are now available to Xbox Live members previewing new updates. These features are found in the latest Xbox One system update and are expected to release for all non-preview users in the coming months.
This update's main focus is on entertainment and media functions, specifically with overhauled social features and an all-new media app.
The new Friends section on the system will allow people to see what their friends are playing and to compare their gamerscores with others, while an overhauled Party App will streamline party creation by improving the speed of actions and appointing a party leader to manage all of the people in the group.
