Dead or Alive 5: Last Round is coming spring 2015 to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms in Japan, Koei Tecmo Games producer Yosuke Hayashi announced during a Japan Gamer's Live event over the weekend, Famitsu reports.
While platforms and a launch window were confirmed during the video game tournament, game details and western release plans weren’t revealed for the upcoming fighting title. A brief trailer was shown alongside the surprise announcement, teasing featured fighters.
Team Ninja’s Dead or Alive 5 launched worldwide September 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game was followed up with PS Vita release Dead or Alive 5 Plus and definitive version Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate for consoles last March and September, respectively.
