Lionsgate have released the first promo video for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 in the form of a message from President Snow (Donald Sutherland) himself.
As the video shows, Snow has much to say about the role the Capitol plays in Panem and what will happen to those who resist - and he seemingly has a new friend by his side.
