Mark it down: Evolve is going to make some major waves when it drops this fall. Case in point: when a few of us (myself included) first played Evolve back in February, its Left 4 Dead lineage quickly impressed us, and a few rounds made it very clear that every match had the potential for a fun new water cooler story. At the time, we were promised more Monsters and more of the class-specific human Hunter.
That day has arrived, and I'm only more excited for what Turtle Rock is cooking up now that I've played it again with a fresh batch of Hunters. When Turtle Rock said there were more, I presumed that meant they'd be different character models who spouted different funny lines but otherwise functioned the same, gameplay-wise.
