After a few months where readers and the Turtles alike recuperated from the violent events of "City Fall," Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles returns its focus to New York. The series still seems to be in somewhat of a transitional state at the moment. This issue is largely concerned with exploring the current state of New York's underworld now that Shredder reigns supreme, and generally setting the stage for the next big showdown between good and evil. But between the return of artist Mateus Sontoluoco and the strong character work focused on Hun, this issue definitely satisfies.
