Batwing #30 by writers Justin Gray and Jimmy Palmiotti, with art by Eduardo Pansica, shows us Luke Fox's gradual descent -- both figurative and literal. As he delves deeper into Gotham's hidden underbelly, populated by fully developed societies and an abundance of criminals, he falls further into the abyss of his own soul. The parallels of Batwing's internal turmoil and the dangers that surround him make for an issue that explores his character development while proceeding briskly with the plot.
