Gotham: First Official Penguin Photo

The Gotham photo reveals continue, with the first official image of Oswald Cobblepot, AKA The Penguin, played by Robin Lord Taylor. FOX's prequel TV series, focused on a young Jim Gordon, will show Cobblepot in his early days in Gotham City, where he's working for another gangster.
