The first issue of Phil Jimenez's Savage Wolverine tale was pretty great. Gorgeous artwork coupled with a heartfelt, somewhat heavy handed, story. Well, part two is here and, sadly, it falls a little flat. The story tries a little too hard at times, but the really kicker is the art. Jimenez merely provides breakdowns here, and this issues pales in comparison to the previous one. It's a real bummer, because we were on such a high from what came before, it really feels like this thing crashes and burns hard.
