No, it wasn't all a dream. Yesterday's report that Paul Rudd was in "early talks" to play the title character in Marvel and Edgar Wright's Ant-Man has already morphed into "he's definitely playing Ant-Man, but we're not telling you which Ant-Man yet."
Marvel confirmed Rudd's casting this evening with the following:
Marvel’s “Ant-Man” has found its hero in Paul Rudd, who will star in the new film from director Edgar Wright hitting theaters July 31, 2015!
