Since this weekend sees the release of Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2, we thought now was a good time to see which animated movie sequel was your favorite.
Sequels in general have been a case of diminishing returns (at least creatively) and that can particularly be the case with animated follow-ups but not always.
For this feature, we're focusing only on contemporary animated blockbusters that received a theatrical release (sorry, Disney direct-to-video sequels).
