BioWare Founder Plays Video Games With Amazonian Tribe

Ray Muzyka, now retired from developer BioWare, recently traveled through the Ecuadorian forest and played video games with one of the local tribes.


On his Flickr page, Muzyka describes meeting the Schuar tribe, the members of which "shared their traditions and culture... through song and dance."


When his small group was asked to share traditions and aspects from their own culture, Muzyka told the tribe about snow (many of them had seen it on the Andes Mountains, from a distance, but never up close), hockey (one of the few sports the Schuar hadn't heard of), and video games.
