Super T.I.M.E. Force is coming on May 14, developer CapyGames has announced.
The twist on classic arcade shooters lets players fight alongside their own deceased lives, stacking on top of each other until you can produce a torrent of bullets to use on enemies. Capy explained this feature for newcomers in today's announcement trailer, which accents the die-rewind loop that drives most of the action.
Super T.I.M.E. Force had been slated for release on Xbox 360 in early 2014, but it was delayed when the Xbox One version was announced so the two could launch simultaneously. Today's announcement is the date for both Xbox systems, making good on the delay's rationale.
