What the various DC Dark titles need most after the prolonged, bloated Blight crossover is a return to basics. Thankfully, that's exactly what Phantom Stranger #18 sets out to do. The Stranger and Zauriel are back from Nanda Parbat, teamed with Doctor Thirteen again, and ready to confront whatever new supernatural threats arise. As it turns out, the latest threat to emerge is none other than Superman. It may sound like a shameless crossover, but Superman's role in this issue actually works very well.
