It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to The Fearless Defenders. While the series did occasionally struggle with its overcrowded roster of both heroes and villains, it was consistently reliable for a laugh, and rarely did we ever regret spending twenty or so pages a month with the ladies of the Defenders. In this final issue, series writer Cullen Bunn and artist Will Sliney give them an appropriate send-off as they work together as a team to take on Caroline Le Fay and her vicious band of Mean Girls.
