Ninja Gaiden director Tomonobu Itagaki dropped some new details recently about Devil's Third multiplayer, such as the fact that his latest game features 16 players online.
Speaking with Famitsu (translated via Siliconera), Itagaki said he's working on multiplayer features for Devil's Third that he hopes have never been seen before in a game. The creator of the Dead or Alive series also added that the action-shooter title boasts 16 players online and will see continued support after release.
Devil's Third was re-revealed as a Wii U exclusive at E3 last month, where Nintendo and Valhalla Game Studios made the announcement. In addition, the two companies detailed other multiplayer elements at the time, like that the action title has roughly 10 different modes and 13 maps based off North American territories in the game's fictional universe.
