Dan Slott has been teasing the full debut of a new spider-powered character since this series first launched. And as Amazing Spider-Man officially begins tying into Original Sin this month, Silk finally takes center stage. Issue #4 is a bit of a frustrating read in that it offers a satisfying payoff to three months of teasing, but it suffers as much as any recent Spider-Man comic from being overstuffed and overcrowded with plot points. In this case, tying the series directly into the events of Original Sin really doesn't help.
