Person of Interest returns for Season 3 in just a week, but in the meantime, fans have the chance to possibly put their own image into an upcoming episode of the show - and become a Person of Interest themselves in the process. Launching today, a new integrated social photo app on the show’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/PersonOfInterestCBS allows fans to take a photo and choose from a selection of effects to enhance the image. Then “The Machine” from Person of Interest will add information such as location and threat level.
While these photos can then be posted on your Facebook wall or shared with friends, they will also be submitted to POI producers at Warner Bros. TV. As alluded to this summer at San Diego Comic-Con by Person of Interest executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Greg Plageman, this will then give fans the chance to have their image selected to appear on an upcoming episode of the series.
