Because Spider-Man apparently needs his own Infinity tie-in separate from Mighty Avengers, and because Superior Spider-Man has far more important matters to deal with, Superior Spider-Man Team-Up has been tapped to fill that role. Regular writer Chris Yost isn't even on board for this story. This issue instead features guest writer Rob Rodi and artist Mike Del Mundo. With nothing really to add to Infinity or this series' own unfolding conflicts, this is one tie-in that can be safely avoided.
