First off, apologies for the lateness of this review. As you can imagine, things are pretty hectic this week with all the Comic-Con coverage.
The good news is that I was very pleased with this week's Dominion, especially in light of how lukewarm the previous couple weeks had been. "Black Eyes Blue" ignored the show's more boring characters in favor of the core handful. It ramped up the family drama to a surprising degree, and even managed to provide some decent progress for Alex as he continued his path towards true Chosen One-hood. So many TV shows take five or six episodes before they really begin to hit their stride, and I'm hoping the boost in quality this week means Dominion has finally found its footing.
