San Diego Comic-Con turned out to be a whirlwind event for The Legend of Korra. On Wednesday, it was reported that the last five episodes of Book Three were pulled from Nickelodeon's schedule. Shortly thereafter, creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino reassured fans that Korra was not canceled. Rather, the rest of Book Three would be premiering digitally on Nick.com. (The network then confirmed the news on Thursday in an official announcement.)
On Friday, The Legend of Korra hit the Ballroom 20 stage, along with Konietzko and DiMartino, as well as voice stars Janet Varney (Korra), Dave Faustino (Mako), Seychelle Gabriel (Asami), Mindy Sterling (Lin Beifong) and John Michael Higgins (Varrick). (By the way, those last two were first-timers at SDCC!)
