The evidence-gathering phase ends next month for the Kingdoms of Amalur developer's case against Rhode Island, and about 36 people still need to be questioned, the Associated Press reports.
Attorneys said firms involved in the case have already provided 17 hours worth of deposition interviews, and earlier this week, a Rhode Island judge ruled that three defendants must give additional testimonies. These interviews, along with the dozens that haven't even started, have to be completed by Aug. 15, which marks the end of the evidence-gathering phase for the case.
