Nintendo revealed Skull Kidd, the child villain from The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, will appear as an assist trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
Smash Bros creator Masahiro Sakurai clarified on Miiverse that Skull Kid was an assist trophy and not a new fighter added to the roster. You can see the original post here. Sakurai’s quote gave no indication whether Skull Kid would also appear in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.
