Google TV never really caught on, and it remains to be seen whether or not Chromecast becomes a success beyond the gadget community, but it appears that the company is far from done trying to infiltrate your television set. In fact, The Information reports that Google may release a "Nexus TV" set-top box as early as the first half of next year, according to The Verge.
