Batman: Black and White #4 Review

Of the five stories we get in Batman: Black and White #4, one is really good. One out of five isn't exactly a great statistic. The majority of these stories are bland and messy. Some have okay art, but stories that fail to grab you. Others have interesting stories, but empty looking art. Anthologies can be really hit or miss, and it's probably fair to say Batman: Black and White #4 is a big ol' miss. At least, for the most part, it's pretty. Kinda.
