From what we've had a chance to see and play of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, it appears as if Ubisoft has created something akin to a mixtape of the series' best elements. Black Flag has the sense of mystery from the original, a strong central lead and sprawling world of Ezio's trilogy, and an evolution on the impeccable sense of traversal from III.
But with Black Flag's release looming on the horizon, we're all just getting antsy to play the damn thing. So instead of going down a list of bullet points and highlighting a few features, I figured I'd just tell you about my experiences sailing the high seas, exploring tropical islands, and taking a diving bell down to the bed of the ocean.
