Blown gas 522 uneven cylinder temps

Have a BBC 522 with Mooneyham 1071 on gasoline. Gen 5 GM block, Brodix BB2 heads, Felpro MLS #1075-1 head gaskets and BDS 8027 competition blower intake The intake manifold has 2 outlets at front of manifold, 1 on either side. I T'd them together for exit water, however seems to be a cooling issue. The cyl. head for odd numbered cylinders seems to cool nicely, however the even numbered cylinders head is burning hot. Can somebody enlighten me on what could be causing 1 hot head & 1 cold head?
