Big block blower Carb jetting questions.

Little bit of a long post.
Bought boat 7 years
ago?

Used maybe 10 times. 21 foot v-drive hull.
Boat was originally used in Shaver Lake. 5500 ft in elevation.
Boat runs fine at speed but it hates to idle. Will load up and emits a lot of black smoke which blackens the back of the hull and exhaust tips.
Fouled a plug last time out. Happened to be at Shaver Lake. No new plugs could be found in Shaver. Removed all plugs and cleaned, which where black, and ran fine after. Although still wanted to load up. Will load up in no wake zones and when picking up skiers.
Not sure of all motor specs but has a definite idle to it. Was given spare Venolia piston that was .060 over. Has a Mag for ignition.
Has a Littlefield blower. Not sure if it's a 6-71 or 8-71??

The motor is fed by two 1050 CFM dominator carbs with 94 jets. The carbs are jetted square with 94 jets all around.

Boat has log exhaust manifolds that are under a motor cover. Would like to make the boat a bit more friendly to not foul plugs. Purchased boat from the original 74 year old owner and he used it as a family ski boat. Any help would be appreciated. If re-jetting is needed not sure where to start. Unsure on blower drive ratio. I can get upper pulley number in the AM. Unable to,see lower pulley. Thanxs again. Also, when I pulled off the fuel manifold I might have dropped some of these copper gaskets into, the bottom of the hull. They where in the fuel inlet on the carb where the fuel line threads into the carbs. Where can I get a few of them. All the fuel logs I've used in the past didn't use them.
