which head gasket? and valve question

I got my motor apart or semi apart , again ..... damn it ..... wondering which head gasket to go with ? its a 454, 0.030 over with 781 heads and 22cc dome pistons, it had felpro gaskets and seemed ok, maybe a couple of spots looked like it may have leaked a little compression but hard to tell, machine shop thinks it was ok. I have heard good things about cometic but I have only used cometic on motorcyles not cars and have had good experience with them but never used them on a car, this is not a race motor I just want good sealing gaskets,,,felpro mls or perma torque? I saw the cometic mls gaskets but I'm not sure my deck surface is smooth enough but I'm trying to use a scraper and razor blade to get all the stuff off, also used a dremel tool with a wire wheel which I think should be ok,,,,,so felpro ? just want good sealing this is not a crazy motor and also the machine shop says I need new valves and they want to use si, or engine tech valves? never heard of them but they say they are good oe replacement valves , any body use them ? I think they are about 130.00 for all 16 valves and they are supposedly made in argentina? seems kinda cheap but again this is a basically stock motor , thanks guys
