1.) Are they allowed in GN class?(couldn't find anything in the rules)
2.) Is it worth the added expense and risk of leakage to cool intake air?
Just had a leak from my modified manifold(poor man's intercooler) at Long Beach that put cold sea water in my engine…. which blew green oil slime everywhere:shock:
"The Doctor" reports the motor will live and make a full recovery! Motor is a destroked 475 with a 1471 @ -20%. Do I need an intercooler or can I get away with one? You imput is appreciated…………….
